The included assessment covers nine practical areas. You can also write your own questions and define how each answer affects priority scoring. Progress and completed reviews stay in the browser.
The final report names the concern, owner, due date, and proof of completion. The tool runs locally, exports a PDF, and requires no account, upload, or remote storage.
